Child Safety and Age Suitability

    Wunderli is designed for families. Children may use the app under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. The user account is intended to be created and managed by the adult account holder.

    1. Age Suitability

    Wunderli creates personalized AI-generated audio stories from predefined story options such as themes, styles, characters, story flow, endings, language, and story length.

    The app does not provide free-form story prompt input. Free-text input is limited to fictional character names of up to 30 characters and safety reports whose submission is protected by a parent gate.

    Wunderli is intended for family storytelling and bedtime use. Parents or guardians should review generated stories and decide whether they are suitable for their child.

    The age rating shown on each app store listing is determined by the relevant platform's content rating system based on the information we provide.

    2. Children's Data Protection

    Wunderli does not ask children to provide their real name, age, date of birth, address, school, photo, contact details, location, or other child profile information. We do not create child profiles.

    Users can create fictional story characters and optionally give them names. Character names are limited to 30 characters and are checked by automated safety systems before being saved or used.

    Users should not enter personal data about children or third parties into character names or safety reports.

    3. Content Safety

    Generated stories are checked by automated safety systems to reduce inappropriate or unsafe content. Character names are also checked by automated safety systems before being saved or used.

    Wunderli uses predefined story options and safety controls to guide story generation toward child-friendly themes and language.

    AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. If a parent or guardian notices a problem, they can report the story from within the app. This report flow is protected by a parent gate (see section 4).

    4. Parent-Gated Actions

    To make accidental use by younger children more difficult, certain sensitive actions are protected by a parent gate, such as a simple math question.

    Parent-gated actions include:

    • submitting a safety report about a story
    • deleting the account

    The parent gate is designed to reduce accidental child access. It is not a verified parental-consent mechanism and does not verify adulthood or legal identity.

    5. Purchases

    Wunderli offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time consumable credit packs.

    Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and may be subject to Apple, Google, device-level, and parental approval settings.

    Depending on the device and account settings, parents may be able to use tools such as Apple Screen Time, Ask to Buy, or Google Family Link to manage or restrict purchases.

    Children should not make purchases without the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

    6. No Advertising or Tracking

    We do not show third-party advertising.

    We do not sell personal data.

    We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

    If you notice inappropriate content or have a safety concern, please report the story in the app or contact us:
